View Order Status

The View Order Status page allows you to view the details of an order status. You can see the name of the status, its Arabic name (if applicable), its sorting order, and a list of its sub-statuses.

Order Status Details​

The following details are available for the order status:

  • Name: The name of the order status.
  • Name(Ar): The name of the order status in Arabic.
  • Order: The sorting order of the status.

Sub-Statuses​

The order status may have one or more sub-statuses. The sub-statuses are displayed in a list, and you can toggle them on or off using the toggle button next to each sub-status.

To activate or deactivate a sub-status, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the sub-status in the list.
  2. Click on the toggle button next to the sub-status.
  3. The sub-status will now be activated or deactivated, depending on its current state.

Depending on your permissions, you may not have the ability to activate or deactivate sub-statuses.
